Sexymunro.com site down.
Edit: ignore this, it’s back up…“Just to let people know my sexymunro.com site is down, apparently there was a fire in a transformer in Houston. Fabulous. I can be contacted via the contact link at the top of this blog in the meantime.”
8 degrees here in Christchurch. I had the happiest chap Taxi driver I believe I’ve ever had. Good start. Hotel room is older than I wanted and only has 4 piddly longlife milks. Barely enough for one coffee. Longlife milk in Hotels is just wrong. Pleased to be here though.

I've been a busy girl...
New look, new services, new ideas and I figured out tabless CSS and strict XHTML in the process! The world is never going to be the same again. I even feel sexier now! And now I’m getting carried away…which has been happening a bit lately
. Here she is:
Escortmarketing.co.nz, Escorts in Business:
Seriously though, Im a bit proud of myself. Has been a huge job, 23 pages with more on the way and most requiring serious thought. I’m brain fried and my hair needs a brush! So much of my life is spent having ideas, SO MUCH, majority to be filed in the “one day basket” or “when opportunity presents". It feels great to finally get them, some of them, on paper. It also feels great to officially feel confident enough in what I know about this business to be able to say out loud “I can help you!” An interesting place to be after all of this time. Certainly taking some processing energy in my head. Officially putting a value on some of what I can offer is a pretty serious head **** for me too. “Morality” is enjoying its share of energetic debate among other things. Fortunately I love a good debate!
I’ll tell you about it all one day. Nothing terribly interesting to anyone bar myself but hopefully you’ll bare with me. I don’t have time tonight though. Big day tomorrow…with hot night in the planning…and flight to Christchurch to get ready for on Monday. I’ll have my first few days to myself before James arrives on the scene, in all his glorious glory, on Thursday. I haven’t seen him since New Years…too long.
Adios for the moment…you sexy beast you.
(Happy first day of Winter! x)

Act helps health and safety of sex workers
Press Release: New Zealand Government
Hon Lianne Dalziel
Minister of Commerce, Minister for Food Safety,
Associate Minister of Justice, MP for Christchurch East
Associate Justice Minister Lianne Dalziel today welcomed a report which shows the Prostitution Reform Act (PRA) 2003 has had a positive effect on the health and safety of sex workers and has not led to a predicted increase in their numbers.
The Prostitution Law Reform Committee, chaired by former Police Assistant Commissioner Paul Fitzharris, was asked to report within five years of the decriminalisation of prostitution to assess the impact of the law change on the human rights, welfare, and occupational health and safety of sex workers, and the ban on the use of young people in prostitution.
Lianne Dalziel thanked the Committee for its work and said the report was valuable in putting balance and evidence into the debate around the decriminalisation of prostitution.
“The report indicates that the numbers have remained more or less the same since the Act came into force and that most sex workers are better off under the PRA than they were previously, which was the intention of the Act.
“There’s no evidence of increased numbers of people being used in underage prostitution. In fact, the PRA has raised awareness of the problem,” Lianne Dalziel said.
“The PRA has had a marked effect in safeguarding the rights of sex workers. Removing the taint of illegality has empowered sex workers by reducing the opportunity for coercion and exploitation.”
The report says many of the perceptions held about the sex industry are based on stereotypes and a lack of information. Lianne Dalziel said the report shatters several myths with the following findings:
- Coercion is not widespread.
- Sex workers are more likely to be the victims of crime, rather than offenders.
- The links between crime and prostitution are tenuous and the report found no evidence of a specific link between them. The link between under-aged prostitutes and youth gangs is often a case of underage people hanging around with friends who happen to be in youth gangs.
- The reasons people joined and stayed in the sex industry are complex, however money was the main reason.
- Fewer than 17 per cent said they are working to support drug or alcohol use, although when broken down by sector street-based sex workers are more likely to report needing to pay for drugs or alcohol (45 per cent).
- The perceived scale of a ‘problem’ in a community can be directly linked to the amount and tone of media coverage it gets.
- Much of the reporting on the numbers of sex workers and underage involvement in prostitution has been exaggerated.
- There is no link in New Zealand between the sex industry and human trafficking.
Lianne Dalziel said the government would consider the report’s recommendations. The Committee doesn’t think any further review of the operation of the PRA is necessary until 2018, 15 years after its enactment.
The report is available on the Ministry of Justice website: www.justice.govt.nz

This is awesome!

Winds of change turned cyclone
1. Wednesday last week find out I have a sick Grandmother. She had a fall.
2. Thursday morning last week I decide to become “New Zealand and Australia Escort”
3. Thursday afternoon last week (amid packing to come North) shit hits fan with Paul.
4. Shortly thereafter Im driving North somewhat homeless.
Another day in the life of Sally.
Its now Tuesday. Grandmother is on the mend. The xrays I took her for on Friday showed 2 fractures in her spine. Shes also had serious stomach problems. I was able to to spend plenty of time with her until yesterday morning when I woke up with my own dreaded lurgy. Now we’re both feeling sorry for ourselves and I need to keep my distance so she doesnt add what Ive go to her list of ailments. Ive set up the phone in my room so we can chat though
. I dearly love my Grandmother. At nearly 95yo the reality of her not being with us for too much longer is getting closer to home. She’s decided she’d like to be around another 2 years. 2 years is going to fly.
The big move to Pauls lasted less than 3 weeks. My envisaged “we’re going to drive each other batty” proved correct. Nevermind.
Before taking on my apartment I spent nearly a year living primarily out of my suitcase. The novelty wore off eventually but Im in the mood again. Voyager has a storage unit I can share so most of everything I own is going to remain in boxes for awhile.
My big idea Thursday morning proved perfect timing and has been my project the past few days. My site has now been updated with new services, rates and availability. Ive also set up a stunning RSS/email system which interested parties can register with to stay posted on my travels. This is for those who prefer to wait until Im in town rather than requesting my company. Its quite fantastic!
Im now Sally of no fixed abode available ANYWHERE in New Zealand and Australia with 48 hours notice! My new rates include my travel expenses. Im mightily excited! With launch I have announced trips to Christchurch, Sydney and Melbourne. Melbourne has been on the cards for awhile but the other two Ive just thrown in
.
Note added: Ive had that “Im leaving on a Jet Plane” song humming in my head (when Im not whistling it) the past few days. Can someone tell me who the original singer was?

My changes in Escort Services
Ahh, the winds of change, love it! Ive just made necessary changes to my website so its all official. Firstly Im getting out of my apartment. Ive been here 2 years which is my record since leaving home at 18. It scared the bejeebles out of me signing a 12 month lease on this place but it has been wonderful and giving it up hasnt been entered into lightly. Ill seriously miss my pigeons, Emily Pl park, Sierra cafe (my supermarket) and my Fort st.
Where am I going? 3 kms up the road to Pauls place. Its madness, we’re going to drive each other batty. Ive not lived with anyone for any relevant amount of time since my husband and have vowed that I couldnt. This will be interesting
. I also enjoy having my bed to myself most nights but Pauls place is a one bedroom, with one bed, so we’re stuck with each other or one of us is on the couch. This will be interesting
. We get along well. Paul is unoffendable, my favourite kind of person. He’s strange which makes me feel less normal. I like that. “Normal” is the least of my aspirations. He’s planning to go lingerie shopping so ill not feel the need to wear normal clothes at home. Of course.
I’ll still be central, top of Mt Eden Rd, but will go through “city on my doorstep” withdrawals. Nevermind. Im looking forward to getting to know Mt Eden Village after Fashion Man introduced me to it awhile ago. I even checked out the distance to it on my odometer the other night and may finally get the roller blades Ive been promising myself
. 2 kms.
Why am I doing it? Money and lifestyle. I have a tendency to become too reclusive on my own. Ive tried for years to motivate myself away from this but to no avail. Paul will make sure I wake up at a decent hour every morning and force me to take time out from my forever active head and web work in the evenings. I need it. Money. Ive recently spent days investigating money and giving thought to why, if at all, I want it. Ive decided I do…or at the very least want to make what I have work for me. Ive set well documented financial goals for the first time ever (excel spreadsheets galore) and have a better understanding of what saving and investing can mean down the track. $1 adds up with compounding interest! Moving will mean saving hundreds per week, all of which will go back into my business more wisely and be easier to claim at the end of the year. Ill also not be committed to high rent when I take a break or travel.
What does it mean for my services? I’ll still have incalls available for pretty much the same deal as now, 2 hours minimum with 24 plus hours notice. Ill be booking a hotel room though, probably CBD. Outcalls are changing. I have re-introduced 1 hour bookings and shorter notice. In fact, this is a first for my outcalls. Even back when incalls were one hour outcalls have always been 2 or 3 minimum organised at least the day before. Its going to take a bit (lot) of focus and fine tuning. Im also going to travel more and will consider tours again. Itchy feet! With lower costs at home travel becomes far more viable.
If you’ve read this far Im impressed
x
NOTICE: Less than 24 hours later Im retracting the majority of this post…and now Im exaggerating. Im retracting the tiny bit about one hour outcalls. Who am I kidding? And short notice!? Yeah right! Other than that everything else stands
.
