Im up North. Yesterday, sorry, day before yesterday now, Dad set out on the Twin Coast Mizone Cycle Challenge with 450 other riders. Four Days, Two Coasts, 360km. Cycling has been a more recent pastime but this event will more than likely be the first of many. I hope to have his energy when Im 59yo . Was a thrill to be at the start and I cant wait to be at the finish line on Sunday!

Ive decided purchase of my own bike would be a very good idea given the phenomenal quality of cyclists bottoms. A literal sea of them!
