Yep, weekend away! Very nice. LuckyMan, who you will no doubt hear from occasionally, and I are in Taupo. Awhile ago he mentioned planning the trip and I, as you do, invited myself along. We arrived yesterday and will be back in Auckland tomorrow. Apartment is right on the lake with divine mineral spa on the patio. There are swans swimming around on our doorstep and the snow-topped mountains are looking spectacular! in the distance. Fantastic night last night, drinks, spa, sex, in considerable quantities (not too badly behaved on the drinks but a little goes a long way with me!)…does it get any better? Relaxing today. Lucky Man is out getting lunch and thirst quenchers for later, gin I believe. I’ll be curling up for a kip before too long. The pics below are very simply to make everyone jealous .
