Make half a cup of strong Coffee and place into the fridge to cool down.

Cut a slap of sponge cake horizontally.

Line the first layer of sponge cake into a serving dish.

Add a tablespoon of Coffee Liquor into the cup of Coffee.

Drizzle half the cup of Coffee over the first layer of sponge cake.

Add another 2 tablespoons of Coffee Liquor into 500mls of cream before whipping it.

Using half of the cream mixture spread a layer of cream over the sponge cake.

Place the second layer of sponge cake on top of the cream.

Drizzle the rest of the Coffee Liquor on top of the second layer of the sponge cake.

Spread the rest of the cream over the second layer.

Grate or sprinkle some chocolate chips over the top.

Put the tiramisu into the fridge for at least 2 hours or longer if possible.

Feed to Sally.
