A little gentle ribbing on a forum has prompted me to ponder aloud regarding my “retired punter” status as well as my connections & attraction to the sex industry.

First the status question - have I fully retired from partaking of the pleasures of the sex industry - hell no, is it a frequent event these days - no, will I ever fully retire from enjoying the sex industry - not while I draw breath & can get it up (not planning to fail either of those tests for some time)

So, why haven’t I walked away ? While the addiction to the nature of the industry and the special people I have met remains these days it’s an avenue for occasional fun & adventure when a provider or scenario catches my imagination. Doesn’t happen often but fun when it does.

My intensity addiction remains true including that the majority of my close friends are in some way connected to the industry. There is however more balance in my life in terms of where I find my pleasures as well as develop friendships (despite my solitary nature and a plague of Fire Dragons in my life - another post entirely )

Am I handing in my “retired punter” card - nope because it still fits based on the original situation where my pleasures and companionship were found exclusively via the industry but every so often I’ll renew the connection & wallow in the privilege !

The connections to the industry - well they’re private in the interests of the friends and our mutual privacy but they continue to ebb & flow. One who truly rocked my world as a deep & true friend yet I haven’t seen for two years has made contact, another who has been in Australia is back for a while so lunch & wicked conversation is all on and favourite dragon has just broken a three month hiatus & in contact with the world let alone me.
